Paper Submission Instructions
Full papers (not just abstracts) need to be submitted for review. In order to enable completion of the review process in time, no extensions will be granted for paper submissions. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE TO THE PROGRAM COMMITTEE OR ITS CHAIRS SEEKING EXTENSIONS. SUCH EMAILS WILL NOT BE REPLIED TO.

Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere can be submitted.

Authors MUST submit their papers through the EDAS web site http://www.edas.info/ in three steps:
1. Creation of a personal account on EDAS if the author does not already have one
2. Registration of the paper (requiring a short abstract of up to 150 words)
3. Upload of the paper, in PDF format only

Papers should be written in English and should preferably follow the instructions in template.pdf Preferred maximum paper length is 5 printed pages (10-point font) including figures. However ICC 2005 will accept papers for review up to 7 pages in length. Accepted papers that are longer than 5 pages will be charged an overlength fee of $100 for 6 pages or $200 for 7 pages. Under no circumstances may any submission exceed 7 pages. Papers in excess of 7 pages shall not be considered for review or publication. The mandatory cover page is not included in the page count.

The cover page should include paper title, abstract, list of keywords indicating the paper's topic area, author's full names, affiliations and complete addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.

IMPORTANT: Papers must be submitted in PDF format.
All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by at least three experts and returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered at the full or limited member/ nonmember rate for the conference in order for that paper to appear in the proceedings and to be scheduled for presentation. Thus, for a manuscript for which all authors are students, one student author will be required to register at the full registration rate. For manuscripts where at least one author is already registered at the full rate, this fulfills the obligation for up to three papers where all of the other authors are students.
